Return and Refund Policy

We gladly offer our customers a full refund or exchange for unworn, undamaged, unaltered items returned within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact. We offer free shipping for exchanges and apply a small $10 return shipping fee on items returned for a refund within the US. Carrier shipping rates are applied to international orders. Due to hygiene guidelines, we are unable to accept returns on undergarments and hosiery. 

How do I exchange my item?

To exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order on our website immediately to ensure that your selection does not sell out. Then, simply follow our easy returns process for the first item you ordered (mark as exchange).

How do I return my item by mail?
