Returns And Refunds
Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns for unworn, undamaged, unaltered items within 60 days of placing your order. Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Due to hygiene guidelines, we are unable to accept returns on undergarments and hosiery.
COMING SOON: We understand how challenging it can be to find a great fit during pregnancy, so we are pleased to offer you 1 free tailoring service with our partner Hemster as an alternative to returning your item. Hemster is able to hem dresses, pants, skirts, and tops (hems, sleeves, or straps). (Coming Soon) Click HERE to request a free online Hemster fitting and see how your garment can be customized to your perfect proportions! Items that have been altered are not returnable.
How do I exchange my item?
To swap your item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order online immediately to ensure that your selection does not sell out. Then, simply follow our easy return process for the first item you ordered!
I'm not interested in my free Hemster alteration. How do I return an item?
Email us at hello@marionmaternity.com to begin our easy Return process. Simply title the email "Return" and put your order Number in the body of the email. We will send you a shipping label within 24 hours.
We will issue a refund within 21 days of processing your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit your account. We love to help! If you have questions about your return or refund, don’t hesitate to ask us at hello@marionmaternity.com.
